    Solution :

    Let number of men and women in Accounts department be 2x and 7x, respectively.
    Then,    \[2x+7x=17\]% of 1800
                \[\Rightarrow \]               \[9x=306\]
    \[\Rightarrow \]               \[x=34\]
    \[\therefore \] Number of men in Accounts department
                            \[=2\times 34=68\]
    Total number of employees in Accounts department = 306
    \[\therefore \] Required ratio = 68: 306 = 2: 9
