    Direction: Study the following information carefully and answer the given questions.
    A word and number arrangement machine when given an input line of words and number rearranges them following a particular rule in each step. The following is an illustration of input and rearrangement. (All the numbers given in the arrangement are two digit numbers [IBPS (SO) 2012]

    Step V 27 test 35 park 69 gone over 72
    Step VI 27 test 35 park 69 over gone 72
    Step VII 27 test 35 park 69 over 72 gone and Step VII is the last step of the rearrangement of the above input as the desired arrangement is obtained.
    As per the rules followed in the above steps, find out in each of the following questions the appropriate step for the given input.
    Step II of an input is '18 win 71 34 now if victory 61'. How many more steps will be required to complete the rearrangement?

    A)  Three              

    B)  Four

    Solution :

    In Step I, the smallest number comes at the first place from left pushing rest of the line towards right; in Step II, the word coming last alphabetically comes at the second place from left pushing rest of the line towards right, in Step III. second smallest number comes at the third place from left pushing rest of the line towards right; in step IV, word coming second last alphabetically comes at the fourth position from left pushing the rest of the line rightward. Thus, numbers and words get arranged alternately till the numbers are in ascending order and the words are in reverse alphabetical order.

    Step III 18 win 34 71 now if victory 61
    Step IV 18 win 34 victory 71 now if 61
    Step V 18 win 34 victory 61 71 now if
