According to the question,

and Kamal\[\to \]Arun\[\to \]Sachin ...(ii)

So, from Eqs. (i) and (ii),

Mohan\[\to \]Kamal\[\to \]Arun\[\to \]Sachin\[\to \]Ram ...(iii)

It is clear from Eq. (iii) that the second tallest is Kamal.
