Now-a-days people are so busy in their work that they do not take care of their health. A lot of diseases like diabetes, arthritis, heart attack, blood pressure are increasing due to unhealthy lifestyle.

People do not find time to exercise. Stress is continuously increasing. The fast food is quick, easy and tastes better but it is not healthy. Habits like smoking and drinking alcohol have many side effects.

Polluted city environment has also negative impact on the health of citizens. To live happy and healthy life, it is important to take care of oneself.
