$SI=\frac{P\times R\times T}{100}$ Now,${{S}_{1}}-{{S}_{2}}=\frac{P\times {{R}_{1}}\times T}{100}-\frac{P\times {{R}_{2}}\times T}{100}$ or,$150=\frac{PT}{100}({{R}_{1}}-{{R}_{2}})$ or,$150=\frac{2500\times 4}{100}({{R}_{1}}-{{R}_{2}})$ $\therefore$${{R}_{1}}-{{R}_{2}}=\frac{150\times 100}{2500\times 4}=1.5%$
