    Answer:

      (i)  Philip's farm is situated close to the brimming river in which the Brook finally merges. (ii) Brimming river suggests that the river is over flowing with water. (iii) Personification and refrain have been used here. Or (i) Duke was drugged and his injuries were severe. (ii) The word means obstinacy. (iii) Duke's eyes are referred here.
