    Solution :

     Let the total amount be Rs. x Total expenditure percentage \[=12+22+28=62%\] Savings percentage =100-62 =38% \[\therefore \]\[\frac{1}{4}\]of 38% of \[x=3610\] \[\Rightarrow \]\[x\times \frac{38}{100}\times \frac{1}{4}=3610\] \[\Rightarrow \]\[x=\frac{3610\times 100\times 4}{38}=3800\] \[\therefore \]Expenditure on bills \[=\frac{38000\times 12}{100}\]= Rs.4560
