    A) \[14\frac{1}{3}%\]

    B) \[18\frac{2}{3}%\]

    C) \[15\frac{1}{3}%\]

    D) \[16\frac{2}{3}%\]

    E) \[12\frac{2}{3}%\]

    Correct Answer: D

    Solution :

     In 34 litres of mixture, Milk \[=\frac{15}{17}\times 34=30\] Water\[=\frac{2}{17}\times 34=4\]litres On adding 2 litres of water, Quantity of water in 36 litres of mixture = 6 litres \[\therefore \]Required percentage \[=\frac{6}{36}\times 100\] \[=\frac{50}{3}=16\frac{2}{3}%\]
