    Solution :

    Female doctors in City F \[=\left( 4000\times \frac{8}{100}-200 \right)=320-200=120\] Total number of doctors in City E \[=4000\times \frac{21}{100}=840\] \[\therefore \]Required difference\[=840-120=720\]
