    Correct Answer: C

    Solution :

     Population of Company C above poverty line \[=90\times \frac{15}{100}\times \frac{40}{100}\] Population of Company D below poverty line = \[=90\times \frac{12.5}{100}\times \frac{72}{100}\] \[\therefore \]\[\text{Ratio}=\frac{15\times 40}{12.5\times 72}=\frac{600}{900}=\frac{2}{3}=2:3\]
