    Let the numbers be 2x and 3x. \[\therefore \]      \[\frac{2x+4}{3x+4}=\frac{5}{7}\] \[\therefore \]      \[15x+20=14x+28\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[x=28-20=8=\] Required difference
