    Short-cut method If height and radius both of a cylinder change by x%, then volume changes by \[\left[ 3x+\frac{3{{x}^{2}}}{100}+\frac{{{x}^{3}}}{{{100}^{2}}} \right]%\] \[=\left[ 3\times 20+\frac{3\times 20\times 20}{100}+\frac{20\times 20\times 20}{10000} \right]%\]  \[=(60+12+0.8)%=72.8%\]
