    Let the second discount be x%. Then, 90% of \[(100-x)%\] of 800 = 612 \[\Rightarrow \]   \[100-x=\frac{612\times 100}{90\times 8}=85\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[x=100-85=15%\]
