    Solution :

    Let the sides of cuboid are x cm, \[2x\,cm\]and    \[3x\,cm\] respectively \[\therefore \]      \[2({{x}^{2}}+6{{x}^{2}}+3{{x}^{2}})=88\] \[\Rightarrow \]               \[22{{x}^{2}}=88\] \[\Rightarrow \]                   \[{{x}^{2}}=4\] \[\Rightarrow \]                    \[x=2\] \[\therefore \]      Length of cuboid \[=2\,cm\] breadth of cuboid \[=2\times 2=4\,cm\] and       height of cuboid \[=3\times 2=6\,cm\] \[\therefore \]      Volume of cuboid \[=lbh\]                                     \[=2\times 4\times 6\]                                     \[=48\,c{{m}^{3}}\]
