    Solution :

    Let the monthly income of Ravi and Anurag are Rs. 5x and Rs. 4x respectively. \[\therefore \]      \[\frac{5x-1200}{4x-1200}=\frac{3}{4}\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[15x-3600=16x-4800\] \[\Rightarrow \]                 \[x=1200\] \[\therefore \]      Income of Ravi \[=Rs.\,6000\] and       income of Anurag \[=Rs.\,4\times 1200\]                                       \[=Rs.\,4800\]
