    Correct Answer: D

    Solution :

    \[\frac{p}{q}=2.52\] \[\frac{100p}{q}=252.52\] On subtracting Eq. (i) from Eq. (ii) we get             \[\frac{99p}{q}=250\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[\frac{p}{q}=\frac{99}{250}=0.396\]
