    Solution :

    Given that \[{{r}_{1}}:{{r}_{2}}=2:3\] and \[{{h}_{1}}:{{h}_{2}}=5:3\] \[\therefore \]      \[\frac{{{V}_{1}}}{{{V}_{2}}}=\frac{\pi r_{1}^{2}{{h}_{1}}}{\pi r_{2}^{2}{{h}_{2}}}={{\left( \frac{{{r}_{1}}}{{{r}_{2}}} \right)}^{2}}\left( \frac{{{h}_{1}}}{{{h}_{2}}} \right)\]             \[={{\left( \frac{2}{3} \right)}^{2}}\left( \frac{5}{3} \right)\]             \[=\frac{4}{9}\times \frac{5}{3}=\frac{20}{27}\] \[\therefore \]      \[{{V}_{1}}:{{V}_{2}}=20:27\]
