    Solution :

     Let the income of A \[=Rs.\,x\] \[\because \] The income of \[B=Rs.\frac{125x}{100}\]                         \[=Rs.\frac{5x}{4}\] and the income of C =120% of \[\frac{5x}{4}\] \[=Rs.\frac{3x}{2}\] Difference of income of A and B \[=\frac{3x}{2}-x\]                         \[=Rs.\frac{x}{2}\] \[\therefore \] Required percentage\[=\frac{x/2}{x}\times 100%\] \[=50%\]
