    Solution :

    Let \[{{r}_{1}}\] and \[{{r}_{2}}\] be the radius of inner and outer circle, \[\therefore \]      \[2\pi {{r}_{2}}-2\pi {{r}_{1}}=132\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[{{r}_{2}}-{{r}_{1}}=\frac{132\times 7}{2\times 22}\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[{{r}_{2}}-{{r}_{1}}=21\,\,m\]
