    Solution :

    Radius of wheel \[=21\,cm\] \[\therefore \] Circumference of wheel \[=2\pi \times 21\]             \[=2\times \frac{22}{7}\times 21\]             \[=132\,cm\] \[\therefore \] Number of revolutions \[=\frac{92400}{132}=700\]
