    Solution :

     Angle traced by the hourly in                                                                                    \[\frac{7}{2}\]  hours                                       \[={{\left( \frac{360}{12}\times \frac{7}{2} \right)}^{o}}={{105}^{o}}\] Angle traced by minute hand in 30 minutes                                                              \[=\frac{360}{60}\times 30={{180}^{o}}\]                                                                                      \[\therefore\] Required angle                                                                          \[=180-105={{75}^{o}}\]                                                                        \[=75\times \frac{\pi }{180}=\frac{5\pi }{12}\] radians
