    Solution :

     Since \[(2x+3):(5x-38)\] is the duplicate ratio of\[\sqrt{5}:\sqrt{6}\]therefore             \[\frac{2x+3}{5x-38}{{\left( \frac{\sqrt{5}}{\sqrt{6}} \right)}^{2}}\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[\frac{2x+3}{5x-38}=\frac{5}{6}\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[6(2x+3)=5(5x-38)\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[12x+18=25x-190\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[13x=208\] \[\Rightarrow \]   \[x=16\]
