    Solution :

     B's 1 day's work \[=\frac{1}{12}-\frac{1}{20}=\frac{5-3}{60}=\frac{1}{30}\] \[\therefore \] B's \[\frac{1}{2}\] day's work \[=\frac{1}{60}\] \[\therefore \] (A + B)'s 1 day's work \[=\frac{1}{20}+\frac{1}{60}=\frac{3+1}{60}=\frac{1}{15}\] B works for half day daily \[\therefore \] The work will be completed in 15 days
