Restaurant D \[\to \] 700 + 600 + 500 = 1800 kg. Restaurant E \[\to \] 650 + 750 + 500 = 1900 kg. Required average = \[\frac{1950+1950+1400+1800+1900}{5}\] = \[\frac{9000}{5}\]=1800 kg.
