    Solution :

       As we know that formula for velocity of EM-wave in a medium of permittivity \[{{E}_{0}}\] (i.e., free space) is                     \[v=\frac{1}{\sqrt{{{\mu }_{0}}{{\varepsilon }_{0}}}}\] \[\therefore \]      \[{{v}^{2}}=\frac{1}{{{\mu }_{0}}{{\varepsilon }_{0}}}={{[L{{T}^{-1}}]}^{2}}\] \[\therefore \]  \[\frac{1}{{{\mu }_{0}}{{\varepsilon }_{0}}}=[{{L}^{2}}{{T}^{-2}}]\]
