    Solution :

                    Number of effective Y in a unit cell = 4. Number of effective X in a unit cell \[=8\times \frac{\left. 2 \right|}{3}=\frac{16}{3}\]. So, formula of the compound \[{{X}_{16/3}}{{Y}_{4}}={{X}_{1/3}}{{Y}_{1/4}}={{X}_{4}}{{Y}_{3}}\]
