    Solution :

    Klinefelters syndrome was described by Dr H.F Klinefelter in 1942. It is due to an extra X Chromosome instead of normal XY i.e., XI In other words it is a case of trisomy of i chromosomes or allosomes in males. Downs syndrome is due to trisomy of 21 chromosome (autosomes). Turners syndrome develops due to missing X chromosome i.e., XO. So, it is a case monosomy. Affected person has 45 chromosomes instead of 46.
