What is the dimensional formula of gravitational constant?

    A) \[KE=\frac{1}{2}m{{v}^{2}}=8.1J\]

    B)        \[\Rightarrow \]

    C)        \[v=\sqrt{\frac{2\times 8.1}{2\times {{10}^{-3}}}}=90m/s\]

    D)         None of these

    Correct Answer: C

    Solution :

Gravitational constant is equal in magnitude to that force of attraction which acts between two particles each of unit mass separated by a unit distance apart \[\Rightarrow \]  \[{{v}_{e}}=\frac{9}{2}{{v}_{m}}\] (Newtons law of gravitation) where \[\Rightarrow \] and \[{{v}_{m}}=\frac{2}{9}\times {{v}_{e}}=\frac{2}{9}\times 11.2=2.5km/s.\] are masses, r is the distance between them and F is force. \[p=mu\] Dimensions of gravitational constant \[m=5\text{ }kg,\text{ }p=10\text{ }kg.m/s\] \[u=\frac{p}{m}=\frac{10}{5}=2m/s\]
