    Solution :

                    The intensity of, electric field at a point due to charge Q, distance r is given by \[\therefore \]                                  ?(1) Also       \[\frac{\Delta T}{T}=\frac{1}{2}\times 21%\]                        ...(2) Dividing Eq. (1) by Eq. (2), we get \[\approx 10%\] \[_{92}{{U}^{235}}\]  \[=235-92=143\]
