    Solution :

    Cell wall is outermost covering of all plant cell, it occurs above the plasma membrane. It is made up of cellulose (green plants), hemicellulose, pectin etc. Fungal cell wall is made up of chitin. It provides rigidity to plant cells. Cell wall is absent in animal cells, here outer most covering is plasma membrane which is a flexible, selectively permeable, lipoproteinacious in nature.
