    Solution :

                    Key Idea: Work done is given by scalar product of force and displacement. Work done by the force is \[W=\overrightarrow{\mathbf{F}}.\overrightarrow{\mathbf{d}}\] Given   \[\overrightarrow{\mathbf{F}}=3\hat{i}+4\hat{j},\,d=3\hat{i}+4\hat{j}\] \[\therefore \]    \[W=\overrightarrow{\mathbf{F}}.\overrightarrow{\mathbf{d}}\] \[=(3\hat{i}+4\hat{j}).(3\hat{i}+4\hat{j})\] \[=9+16=25J\]   Note: The values of force and displacement are equal numerically.
