    Bernoullis equation is a consequence of conservation of;

    A)  energy

    B)                        linear momentum

    C)  angular momentum

    D)  mass

    Correct Answer: A

    Solution :

    Bernoullis theorem states that when an incompressible and non-viscous liquid (or gas) flows in stream-lined motion from one place to another, then at every point of its path the total per energy unit volume (pressure energy + kinetic energy + potential energy) is constant. That is \[\frac{1}{2\pi }\sqrt{\frac{k}{m}}\] where P is pressure, \[\rho \] is density, v is velocity, g is gravity and h is height. Thus, Bernoullis theorem is one way the principle of conservation of energy for a flowing liquid (or gas).
