                    In eukaryotes (nucleated organisms), three separate RNA polymerases catalyse the formation of ribosome messenger and transfer RNAs.                 These are                 RNA-polymerase-I found in nucleus and is responsible for r-RNA synthesis                 RNA-polymerase-II, found in nucleoplasm and is responsible for m-RNA synthesis                 RNA-poiymerase-III, found in nucleoplasm and is responsible for t-RNA and 5-s RNA synthesis.
