                    Hyposecretion of parathormone from parathyroid gland leads to tetany disorder. It causes the lowering of blood calcium level. Insulin deficiency leads to disease diabetes mellirus (hypoglycemia). Hypersecretion of thyroid hormone results of gigantism in children.                 Relaxin deficiency prevents the process of parturition. Low secretion of thyroid hormone results of cretinism in infants and children. Deficiency of prolactin hinders the development of mammary glands and secretion of lactin.
