    From the equation of motion, we knows \[\mathbf{v}=\mathbf{u}=\mathbf{a}t\] Given, \[\mathbf{v}=(2\mathbf{i}+3\mathbf{j})\] and     \[\mathbf{a}=(0.3\mathbf{i}+0.2\mathbf{j})\]                 \[\mathbf{v}=(2\mathbf{i}+3\mathbf{j})+(0.3\mathbf{i}+0.2\mathbf{j})\times 10\]                 \[\mathbf{v}=5\mathbf{i}+5\mathbf{j}\]             \[(\because v=u+at)\]                 \[v=5\sqrt{2}\]units
