Glissons capsules are present in liver of mammals, which consist of lobules. The lobules are separated from each other by thin membrane having connective tissue, known  as Glissons capsule. In lobule, liver cells form radial hepatic cords. Kidney consists of nephrons, cortex, medulla, renal pyramids, column of Bertini. They are concerned with process of excretion and osmoregulation. It maintains normal hydrogen ion concentration and water balance. It also maintains concentration of blood (by selective reabsorption) and also osmotic pressure in blood and tissue. Pancreas is the IInd largest and most important digestive gland. It is a mixed gland, which secretes glucagon and insulin. Intestinal wall secretes intestinal juice, which acts on carbohydrates, proteins, fats and nucleotides. It also protects and lubricates food mass.
