                     Hurlers disease is characterized by deformed bones due to accumulation of mucopolysaccharide glucosaminoglycan as its hydrolytic enzyme is absent. It is also known as storage disease. It results as the residual bodies do not undergo exocytosis due to some malfunction. Instead, they remain inside the cell and cause disease like hepatitis polynephritis etc.
