    A)  radulla

    B)  thorax

    C)  mantle

    D)  abdomen

    Correct Answer: C

    Solution :

A hard calcareous shell is secreted by mantle. It is generally external but can be internal. The shell may even be reduced or absent. Mantle (pallium) is a thin, fleshy fold or outgrowth of dorsal body wall more or less covers the body. It encloses a space, the mantle or pallial cavity between itself and the body. Radula is a rasping organ present in the buccal cavity. It takes part in feeding. For this, it is fibre-like with transverse rows of teeth. Abdomen is the portion of a tetrapods body between the thorax and pelvic girdle.
