    Solution :

                     The impedance of circuit is                 \[Z=\frac{{{E}_{V}}}{{{I}_{V}}}\]                 \[{{E}_{V}}=\frac{{{E}_{m}}}{\sqrt{2}}=\frac{100}{\sqrt{2}}\]                 \[{{I}_{V}}=\frac{{{I}_{m}}}{\sqrt{2}}=\frac{5}{\sqrt{2}}\] \[\therefore \]  \[Z=\frac{100/\sqrt{2}}{5/\sqrt{2}}=20\,\,\Omega \]
