                     Frog is an amphibian, which posseses  Telolecithal egg. In this type of egg the yolk is concentrated in one half only. The pole is called vegetative pole and thus male polarity along the axis of yolk distribution cytoplasm and the nucleus tie near the animal pole. Microlecithal egg or Oligolecithal egg contains a small amount of yolk, eg, sea urchin, Branchiostoma. Alecithal egg is one which does not contains yolk, eg, marsupials and eutherian mammals. Centrolecithal eggs are found in insects. In this type of egg, yolk is placed centrally and is surrounded by thin cytoplasm.
