                     Pathogenic bacteria or disease causing bacteria produce a poisonous substance. This poisonous substance is of two types.  Exotoxin is secreted by bacterial cell into the surrounding medium. Toxins are excreted by certain Gram positive bacterial and some time by Gram negative also. These are heat stable and strongly antigenic, eg. Diphtheria toxin, tetanus toxin, botulinum toxin, cholera. Bacillus etc.  Endotoxin called lipopolysaccharides toxins are principally released from lipopolysaccharide component of cell wave of Gram-negative bacteria. They are released on disintegration of bacterial cell and are heat stable. TB, typhoid, gonorrhoea, ricketssea, neisseia. Cancer is defined as uncontrolled proliferation of cell without any differentiation. Cancerous cell do not remain confine to one part of body. Some of the cancer cells get detached from the main site of origin and travel to by blood and lymph to sites distant from the original tumour and form fresh colonies, called metastasis or secondary growth.
