    Solution :

                     emf, \[e=\frac{d\phi }{dt}\] So, if \[\phi =0,e=0\] However, e can be zero, when\[\phi =0\]. If\[e\ne 0;\frac{d\phi }{dt}\ne 0,\phi \]may not be zero.
