                     Molecular mass of \[N{{H}_{3}}=17\] Moleclar mass of \[HCl=35.5\] \[\because \]rate of diffusion \[\propto \sqrt{\frac{1}{M}}\] \[\therefore \]\[N{{H}_{3}}\]will diffuse faster than\[HCl\]and hence ring will be formed first nearer to\[HCl\]bottle.
