    Solution :

                 Halophytes are the plants which grow in saline condition or in high salt concentration generally \[\text{Na}\,\text{Cl,}\] \[Mg\,\text{C}{{\text{l}}_{2}}\] etc. These plants in face physiological dryness. Halophyil have pneumatophores or breathing roots or respiratory roots which negatively geoiropic. Vivipary (germinacion ol seeds parent plant) is also shown by halophytes eg, Rhizophora, Sonneratia, Avicenma etc.
