    Solution :

                     The circuit is shown in the figure. As points a and b are at same potential, so no charge flows through ab. Now two remaining capacitors are in parallel, hence                 \[{{C}_{eq}}=C+C=2C\]                       \[=2\times 1=2\mu F\]
