                     Heparin is a proieoglycan. It is anticoagulant. Heparin prevents, coagulation of blood in blood vessels i.e., in vivo condition. Heparin is mainly synthesized in liver and in small amount from mast cells of connective tissues. Other anticoagulants are sodium citrate and EDTA. They inhibit blood coagulation outside blood vessels i.e., in vitro condition like blood banks. Kidney is an organ involves in excretion and osmoregulation. Kidney also secretes renin, a proteolytic enzyme. Pancrease is mixed gland, it's exocrine part secretes pancreatic Juice and endocrine part secretes hormones e.g.. Insulin, glucagon etc. Saliva is secretes from salivary glands and has a enzyme pryline which helps in digestion of starch.
