                     \[{{F}^{-}}\]being a weak field ligand, is not able to cause pairing. Thus,\[(n-1)\]d-orbitals of Co metal are not available for ligand\[({{F}^{-}})\]and hence, ligands occupy outer d-orbital (nd orbitals) resulting to\[s{{p}^{3}}{{d}^{2}}\]hybridisation.
