    Solution :

     Body wall of members of phylum nematodes consist of cuticle, epidermis and muscular layer. The epidermis may be cellular or syncytial. Syncytial epidermis is a continuous layer of cytoplasm with scattered nuclei without cell membrane. So, syncytial epidermis and four bands of longitudinal muscle cells occurs in nematodes. Body wall of annelids consist of cuticle, epidermis, circular and longitudinal muscles layer.
