    Solution :

      Albinism is an example of auto somal recessive disease. This is caused due to inability to produce melanin pigment, characterised by absence of normal colour ation of the skin. In this disease there is deficiency of enzyme tyrosinase enzyme. Which is useful for formation   of   melanin   pigment   from dihydrophenyl alanine. Phenytketonuria is caused by deficiency of enzyme  phenylalanine  hydroxylase and alkaptonuria  is due to deficiency of homogentisic acid oxidase.
