    Let number of male workers\[=x\] and number of female workers\[=y\] \[\therefore \] \[206(x+y)=210x+190y\] \[\Rightarrow \]\[206x+206y=210x+190y\] \[\Rightarrow \]               \[16y=4x\] \[\Rightarrow \]               \[\frac{x}{y}=\frac{4}{1}\] \[\Rightarrow \]               \[x=4y\] \[\therefore \]Total number of workers \[=5y\] \[\therefore \]% of female workers\[=\frac{y}{5y}\times 100%=20%\]
